Dragon Claw V Outrage for Dragonite

What i would do:

I have a 2707 CP Dragonite with 62% IVS (I caught and powered it up before appraisals really existed lol). It knows SW DC and I personally love dragon claw. Should I use a fast TM to get it dragon tail and then proceed to power it up with my 175 candies?

Raise it to level 30/31, not higher. Change SW to DT.

Or instead wait for a Dratini hatch with good IVs and then go for DT/O instead?

Do this too. It is ok to have more than one good dragon.

Basically which is more satisfying/efficient, Outrage or DC? I understand that Outrage has a higher DPS but DC also has a very low cooldown which will help when dodging other pikemons moves

You already stated everything correctly. If you want or need max damage output, go for O, if you want to be potion efficient, dodge all with DC.

If offense, use only the fast TM.

If defense, don't use anything.

Find a better iv one and just leave him as is.
You want a DT/H or Dt/O

I got one, it takes one Dragon Tail or two to charge up one bar of Dragon Claw, having fun in spamming dragon claw. If you are not into this, opt for Outrage.

I would at least keep dragon claw. It may be gone forever and may also prove to be more useful than outrage in PvP
