Dragon claw Salamence?
I know everyone's wanting Salamence to get a CD where it gets outrage, but Im not so sure outrage would be an improvement for salalmece, theres a range of time where Draco meteor is better than outrage DPS wise due to outrage's long animation time. Dragonite's superior bulk makes this come up less often, but on the glassier salamence, this might happen more. But even disregarding that, the improvement outrage would being over Draco meteor is quite small and wouldn't change how people use it.
Personally my hope for a salamence CD would be dragon claw, amazingly spam able in PVP, and the third highest nonlegendary attack stat behind unreleased glass cannon rampardos and nearly unusable Slaking (in practice it likely will be the highest usable nonlegendary attack stat)could make it a great gym sweeper, we already know what dragonite can do with this, now just boost the attack stat. What would be grat about this is the second move, you can have a great gym/pvp salamence and a great raid salamence in the same pokemon not all pokemon have 2 same type moves with 2 different usages
Which of the two moves would you rather have?

Or it could become an interesting option in PVP. Or they could give it two CD moves a la Gengar raid day. So many possibilities. I just want something interesting for my many unevolved bagon that are so eager to soar the sky instead of yet another dragon moveset in a dragon-plagued meta. I hate the special bias that the TPC has with dragons, they should be treated as just another type like any of the others. Same goes for psychic types. I want a legendary bug type Pokemon for gen 8! But I digress.
Unfortunately, Mence can‘t learn any of the existing Flying fast moves (and not many Flying attacks in general). Niantic would have to pull a Game Freak and release Mence with a move it normally can‘t learn, Wing Attack or Air Slash for that matter (Dragonite can learn the first, I wonder how it would work out with Wing Attack/Hurricane in the Go Meta?). Also, if you‘re waiting for a legendary bug, then you‘ll welcome Gen 5s Genesect.
That's the point. This is Pokemon, a fictional canon where the weakest seedling can punch a hole through your chest with a raybeam made of concentrated solar power. There's no reason why dragons should be given any special status or a preference to be turned into legendaries or pseudos. My complaint is against The Pokemon Company, not Niantic; they're the ones biased on unbalancing the meta by insisting on making 8/10 legendaries Dragon or Psychic types. That made sense in gen 1 but nowadays it is ridiculous. Instead of learning from that mistake they have to be constantly retconning in new types like dark and fairy types just to counter the mess that they themselves keep building on. There would have been no need to invent the fairy type if they simply had stopped making all their dragons so OP once Rayquaza entered the scene.
Tyranitar and Metagross are the only pseudo-legendary Pokémon that are not Dragon-type... So retarded, it's not like getting a Dragon is a hard task in the newest games. You can even get a level 10 Salamence in gen 7 right at the beginning. I know cause I have one.
