Dragon Breath / Dragon Claw rated A again

DT/O for the win - I have a DT/O and a DB/DC Dragonite with exact same CP and within 4 IV. With DT/O I've crushed a Dragonite a few hundred CP above mine before he even used his charge move. DT/O is unbelievably powerful. DB/DC is great for dodging, yes, but the ability to destroy most defenders before they can even use a charge move is unmatched.
Why does this seem so important to everyone? Is it really that important for one's self-confidence? DB/DC is just as good or bad as before, the gp-rating does not change one bit about it. So who cares if DT/OR is even better or not? If you were happy with your dragonite before, you can still be happy with it now no matter what gp says.
I don't understand why you got a thumb down on this comment. It's exactly how many people feel. GP is arguable the most reputable pogo site. I've collected Pokémon and sports cards. Pogo is basically a virtual card collection. Appraisals are very important to collectors as it determines the market value for trade. Some people may not care about it and that's fine. A 100 IV with perfect moveset high tier mon that is rarer than most is like a mint condition valuable card.
Well, trading sucks big time imho. If you did not earn a mon by grinding hard - or even by pure hatching luck - what value has it anyway? I am most happy about every legacy moveset mon I got, but that does not mean I will start trading for any I did not get. Niantic giveth, and Niantic taketh away. Who am I to mess with this divine law? What would be the point of my existence in this pogo universe?
