Yeah, it's super broken for me right now too. Whenever I open up the page it has the "customization" box open and I can't close it, and no other drop-down menus work at all. I can check and uncheck boxes for PvP and my pokemon, but no list actually generates.
I was working for me 20 minutes ago, but for some reason either all ice moves were super randomly buffed or every other move was debuffed, because all the top mons were ice (even though I had no enemy type selected and the weather was set to extreme). So yeah... that page is definitely working through some issues right now.
