Does the order of the eggs matter?

I have noticed many times that the new egg doesn't always go to the beginning or end of the list. My question is, is there a way to know what order they came in? Not that it really matters but as a level 26 I am assuming all my 5k eggs I got after level 20 but right now there doesn't seem to be a way to know.
(Also mostly cause I'm just curious)

The short answer is... there's not, what I do is walk all of the ones of a certain distance until I don't have any of those, after that I know all of the ones of that certain distance are new, then rinse and repeat.

Maybe try incubating 1 egg at a time between .3-.5km intervals so the distance traveled for each is different

once hatched, its the same, even lv 30 can get average iv

The good news is that once you get past level 20 all the eggs you collect will hatch @lvl20 (and have above average IVs)
