Does Gyarados have the longest move list ever?
Does this fake dragon have the most move changes for any pokemon in pogo?
Quick moves we have DB/Bite/DT/Waterfall
Charge moves we have Twister/DP/HP/Outrage/Crunch
So we have 4x5=20 possible combinations, of which only 6 are possible today from a wild catch. I'd really love one of each but most of my gyarados have WF/HP now.

It certainly has many, but Porygon has more because all of its moves changed from Gen1 to Gen2, on top of having a very early legacy move. That's not counting different types of Hidden Power, also.
Quick Attack, Tackle, Zen Headbutt, Hidden Power, Charge Beam
Psybeam, Signal Beam, Discharge, Hyper Beam, Zap Cannon, Solar Beam
5x6 = 30 possible combinations.
