Does everyone remember their first 2k and 3k Pokemon?
Going through my storage to free up some space I came across some Pokemon that have no value but only sentimental value. First 2k was a WG/AT Vape that is now around 2900. Shortly not long after that hatched first Snorlax w/ L/ HB. First 3k was a SW/DP Dragonite that I'll hold onto for sentimental reasons even if its rendered obsolete. lol

Dragonite definitely, especially in my area lacking ice. My exeggutor has lost some of its bite though, normally I wouldn't care but it took many tries and it happen to be my near perfect evolve that got the right moveset and it was one of my favorites. Just left a bad taste in my mouth ya know? Goes from top of the line exeggutor to...Meh.
WG/HP Vape, and SW/DC Dragonite.
I still have the Dragonite. I put him at the top of a lvl 9 gym when I was travelling through a less-populated area a few days after Christmas, and didn't see him again until Gen 2 came out. I figure he earned me close to 500 pokecoins over that stretch.
The Vape was my alpha mon for a couple of months. I think he started at around CP 1400, and I powered him up over time to about 2300 or so. Eventually, I evolved another one with the same moveset but higher IV's and already at a higher level, and the first one became redundant (or so I thought at the time), so I sent him to Professor Willow.
