Dodrio finally usable?

I just noticed that with the new update Dodrio learned Brave Bird, aka the charge move with the highest DPS in the game. Does that make him kind of usable as an attacker? His stats were never that awful to begin with.

I personally think that'd be awesome since Dodrio is one of the coolest mons imo, and it was pretty sad that I haven't even bothered to battle with him in this game so far.

Prestige battles are fun with gen 2 Mon since most are lower CP and now things like Dodrio are viable as good prestigers as well. Powering up beyond level 20 (or whatever you catch them at) isn't a good idea in my opinion because lower CP means more Prestige.

Yes, I obviously wouldn't even consider throwing precious stardust at his way - I was just wondering if he could be a viable prestiger (most likely) or attacker.
