Dodge Windows irrelevant?
Since the latest experiments regarding dodging, does this mean dodge window values are irrelevant now and move priorities somewhat different considering?

I don't believe movesets were ever ranked with their dodge window in mind. I believe they make an assumption about the level/stats of an attacker/defender, and then they model out a fight where they duel to the 'death' and nobody dodges anything. Then they rank out which moves deal out the most DPS and rank them accordingly.
It's up to you to then take that DPS information, and apply your own judgment to which combo you want.
For example, Headbutt/Hyper Beam is listed as the best defensive setup for Snorlax but most everyone would agree that Headbutt/Body Slam is more difficult to match up against. Why? B/c most people dodge at least the charge attacks and it's much easier to dodge 2-3 Hyper Beams than 6-7 Body Slams. Not just b/c there's more of them, but also b/c the ability for the defender to use the move back-to-back takes away your ability to safely use your charge attack after the defender uses theirs
read this, which is a reasson for why rank Dragon Pulse ahead:https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/pokemon/149
it says"Dragon Pulse puts out a ton of STAB damage over a long period of time which is what you want on defense. (More time spent using a Special on defense the better.) Because of this, Dragon Pulse is superior to the higher DPS but shorter duration Dragon Claw on defense."
