Is Dodge Window still working ?

Because the Dodge Window value has been removed from the Charge Moves in the Pokemon List (on this site). Because the Combat Mechanics seem not to mention this value anymore. Is the Dodge Window (variable for the Charge Moves, with the outstanding 0 of the Blizzard attack - letting no chance to the attacking Pokemon to dodge) still a valid value?

So apparently it's under "charge moves." It would be nice to have this, as well as the defensive DPS for all the moves under the pokemon list section as well :P But oh well!

Dodge Window is removed, because after extensive testing, Gamepress was able to confirm the dodge window theory busted. The dodge window values in the game apparently does absolutely nothing.

Dodging is binary, you either successfully dodge, or you don't. Quoting the updated Gym Combat Mechanics page:

https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/gym-combat-mechanics

Attacking Pokemon can attempt to dodge incoming attacks. A successful dodge reduces damage received by 75%:

Dodged damage = Floor(0.25 * Damage) (minimum of 1).

To successfully dodge, the attacking player must swipe left or right across the screen after the yellow flash of the defender's attack animation. Our video analysis indicates this dodge window to be approximately 250-400 milliseconds after the yellow flash regardless of the attack. All that matters is the yellow flash.

So does this also mean that a move with no dodge window (Blizzard) is just as dodgeable as any other charge move?

I will test this out today if I get near a gym - will try to fight against my Lapras with Blizzard ("0"s DW) and my Exeggutor with Solar Beam (1.7s DW).

Blizzard is definitely dodgeable.
A few days ago I already said goodbye to my Pokémon as Lapras was attacking with it, but then "Dodged!" popped up. Was a bit shocked as I thought it wasn't dodgeable at all.

Yes, the "Dodged!" message pops up everytime, but did you only take 25% of the initial damage, or the whole 100%?
