Do you think we are getting shiny Ghosts this time?

The thing is, when Legendaries were coming out, shiny sprites were added but were never released. It's weird bc I personally don't see a reason why are Niantic holding them back. Since shiny sprites for Gen 3 Ghosts were added, do you think we will be lucky this time and we are getting an opportunity to catch shiny Sableye, Duskull, Dusclops, Shuppet and Banette?
