Do I power up my first Mewtwo!

Depends on how frequent Mewtwo raids will be, which nobody knows at present time.

But you can always dump a ton of rare candy into Mewtwo right away to free up some item space. I know I will be doing that as soon as I get a Mewtwo - if I ever get one.

I personally would be so tempted to do it because who knows how long it will be before they fully roll out Mewtwo and you get to start catching a lot of them? On the other hand, when/if that ever really happens, I'm sure you'll catch better ones than this.

Mines at 84% and I did last week....at the time I didn't think they would run another set so soon, but he's been a good addition to the soloing teams of 6....Also just for nostalgic value....is the first one I ever got...even if we all end up with armies of them I will remember that one the most....but as all these questions can be answered....put your big boy pants on and make a decision...just star dust and just a game

Why not? At the very least, with shadow ball, it will help in future mewtwo raids (where the boss doesn't have it)

I'm going to wait at least until they roll out to everyone and I know the relative frequency of Ex-raids before I power up either of my 84% Mewtwos. If I had gotten one of those lucky 95+% it'd already be powered/TMed.
