Ditto in a gym

I put my ditto in a gym then trained against it. It appears ditto will transform into whatever you use to fight it. It went from a 391cp ditto to a 1500+ muck when i used muck but it definitely didn't have anymore health

I 've caught a Ditto this morning and wonder what to do with him/her.
From your information, it means that Ditto will only transfer his/her form and CP but HP is still low and we can beat him/her easily.
What 's about prestiges? How many prestige points have you earned from training against Ditto?

the prestige was low but i used much higher CP mons than my ditto.
