disappointing venusaur

so sad to write about this, but my 97% Bulbasaur turned into a vine whip/sludge bomb Venusaur.
actually it is my third one who did not got solar beam...
now i have:
1 VW/PB
1 RL/PB
1 VW/SB
...
i think that it is pretty useless power up one of them at least until a new rebalance of moves, hoping for PB to become again 2bars move.
moroever i have a new Bulbasaur having around 90-95% iv.. unfortunately only 43CP...

do u have different opinions? some ideas for ysing them except as prestiger?

Maybe to work on Vileplumes and Victreebels, they are more common and easier to catch/hatch.

VW/PB is his best prestiging moveset because both of those moves have lower cool down than the other 3 moves and the quicker the move the easier it is to dodge.

I gladly take it, i like lower cooldowns, better for dodging.

Thou i alrdy got mine 1900cp and gladly power it up, thou its not first on my power up list and it might take while if ever.

Used a VW/PB yesterday to Prestige against a Blissey, beat it with health to spare.

This reply isn't helpful. What was the CP of your Venusaur and the Blissey? Also what was the moveset of the Blissey?

I evolved into four RL/PB and two VW/SB. Well, sometimes you just don't have that luck.

Nine Venusaurs in since launch, and I still don't have VW/SoB. Most of what I get is Sludge Bomb. So many wasted good-IV Bulbasaurs.

Any double grass venusaur of reasonable CP is usable. Even ones with VW/sludge bomb make pretty good prestigers against vaporeon.

They are amazing prestigers. I have one with VW/Sludge Bomb sitting at about 1150cp, I have another Venasaur sitting at 1600CP for the bigger gyms and currently powering up a 100% VW/Solar Beam one.

Venasaurs with VW are absolutely amazing for prestige, even if they get sludge bomb. They rip through both Ryhdons and Vapes and you can dodge easily. They have high enough defense and some HPs that they can take a few shots too. Aren't to squishy.
