Disabled Pokémon GO Players.
So, I‘m blind and have been playing pokemon go almost since it came out. In that time I have reached level 37, hav completed the gens 1 and 2 Pokédexes as much as I can without traveling and over all have made good progress despite having to randomly tap to find Pokémon, rely on others to help me appraise and transfer and not being able to reach most places independently. I was just wondering if there are any other players here with a disability and how you have adapted. For me, it’s mostly just the GO+.

Respect, dude.
I have no disabilities myself, but there's a level 39 player in my city that has cerebral palsy and is one of the most hardcore players around. I didn't meet him until after rads were introduced, so I don't know what his playstyle was before that, but nowadays you'll see him occasionally on raids taking place all over the city, getting driven by his mom or hitching rides with other smurf team players. He has a lot of trouble throwing balls due to his illness so curveballs are out of the question for him. but he still manages to catch a lot of stuff despite that. Before we met in person, we had a sort of rivalry over the control of a cluster of gyms in the northwest part of town, since we were the most active players in that area back then, so I was quite impressed to find out about his condition after such a long time. Smurfs are pretty hardcore in my city and outnumber valor and instinct players combined, so he has also benefitted from being in that team.
Also worth noting is that he works in a casino that hosts a pokestop and a very dense cluster spawn, so it's not uncommon to see his lures being placed there.
As a quadriplegic cruising around in a custom built, off road, power wheelchair I average 10km per day catching all I can. We have a small dog that often travels with me.
Phone held on arm rest with a hairband, I have enough arm movement to throw a ball, but without hand and wrist function (or sensation) I tend to waste many and suck at dodging in raids.
Found a Go+ but prefer to use 3-4 balls to catch those tougher ones.
EDIT: I'm level 36 with 301 in the Pokedex.
