Which mom should I look to invest in going forward, mewtwo or rayquazza?

Wait until Rayquaza leaves before investing in him (unless you've already gotten a 96/98/100).

If your Mewtwo has a solid IV, power that sucker up. Although I personally don't really care what my M2's IV is - I have the one (12A, 89IV), and I've taken him to around L32 and will continue to power him up once I have enough rare candy.

Depends on how good your Dragonites are, I’d take your best Mewtwo to level 30; then wait til Rayquaza is done to see how much candy you get and until well after the dratini event day. Maybe they bring Dragonite out for a tier 4 raid that one day or for a week or so...

my best mew2 is 14/14/14, 93%.

If I already got 2x Dragonite and 2x Machamp at lvl40, is there any point is powering up mew2 to lvl30??
I've also got 3x Tyranitar at lvl36, 35 and 34.

Yesterday I got 15a/11/15 Mewtwo and I’m in the process of maxing it. Obviously 14/14/14 is equal, if not better. You get to a point where almost no one thing matters enough to consistently move the needle. 75% of powering anything up/maxing is to talk about it on the internet
