Different IV and moveset?!

Did you also have the experience that people catching the same pokemon with different IV and moveset?
And it has already happend that the cp value was different for people lv 30+

To me this phenomenon is quite rare. Maybe somebody knows what's behind it.

Yes I am. I was affected.

since they put more pokemon out on street, there is a high chance u mixed them up, i did experience catching one pokemon and then the 'same' pokemon respwan on the same spot immediately

Although that it is on the same spot, unless that your level and his/her level is the same, it will be different at most of the time.

Like a level 30 trainer may catch a CP 1500 Dragonite, and a level 5 trainer may catch a CP 100 Dragonite, both on the same spot, it depends on when you see on the "sighting" screen, the time and your level when you see it there.

maybe I don't understand you. But 30+ are supposed to have the same CP

no higher than lv 30, doesnt mean u wont get a lv 1

asfaik the IVs and moveset will ALWAYS be the same for all players that catch a mon when it spawns. only thing that's random is CP/lvl. maybe there whre two of the same kind on the same spot or something like that, but it has always be the same for me and my girl
