Difference between the two mewtwos

So which mewtwo is better? Or do they perform pretty much the same? Thanks.

They perform pretty much the same; the second is slightly bulkier at the cost of another Power up to reach break point. (I'm not aware of any level 40 break point for Mewtwo, even with friends and weather.)

Shut up. I know IVS aren’t that big of a difference, but for these particular iv sets, I was wondering what others would say. I also bet you don’t make all 95+ in school just like I do, you probably suck at it.
