Did they change the CP Drain Rate at the Gyms ?

Sure does seem All the CP's on All the Mon's in the Gyms , drain at a much faster rate.. By the end of the Day, or Night, or when you wake up in the mourning, the Entire Gym an all the Mons are down to almost nothin for CP..???? Didn't seem that way in the recent past. Or maybe just wasn't paying close enough attention. ..
