Did the dodge bug revives strong charge moves defending?

Since the dodge bug sometimes occurs, strong charge moves with 1 bar like HP may revive when defending. The dodge bug, is a bug that causes your Pokémon faint then revive, then faint if your Pokémon is not strong enough to survive. You will have to switch your Pokémon then switch back.
