It was already nerfed, shamefully, with the return to combat mechanics as before.
Easy to beat now

Agree, not sure why ppl are still complaining about her. She isn't a threat for a timeout anymore, just going through 1-2 attackers possibly (if using a glass cannon on her). Gyms were way too easy before gen 2.

Nothing as good as blissey now, but supposingly I can have each blissey and snorlax with different movesets.

Well...you start with the best and most annoying defender in the game to shy away the lower level trainers from even attacking, so thats:

1 Blissey

I´m assuming that the goal of the order of the defensive Pokemons is to make the attackr switch it´s attacker after every mon, so he looses time and takes additional damage.

Blisseys big weakness are fighting types, so as your second defender you want someone who is strong against fighting. Thats Flight, Psycho and Fairy. So I´ll go with:

2 Exeggutor

His biggest weakness are Bug-types which are weak to Fire, Flight and Rock. So I´ll take:

3 Golem (biggest weakness Water and Grass)

4 Ampharos (biggest weakness Ground)

5 Vaporeon ( biggest weakness Grass and Electric)

6 Rhydon (biggest weakness Water and Grass)

7 Snorlax (biggest weakness Fighting, also Flight)

8 Dragonite (biggest weakness Ice, also Dragon)

9 Gyarados (biggest weakness Electric)

10 Tyranitar

The only Problem here is Rhydon after Vaporeon if the attacker chooses to have a grass type to attack Vaporeon. But the Grass-Types that are available aren´t too strong and if you force the attacker to take 2 of his 6 spots for Venasaur and Jolteon, chances are pretty good he won´t tak down all 10 at once.
