delibird and smeargle question
so im near the end of getting all the gen2 mon. since I live in the states, i know heracross and corsola are not available.
my remaining 5 aside from those two to complete the dex are ampharos, hitmontop, dellibird, smeargle and unown. i know unown is extremely rare and hitmontop is basically a luck of a tyrogue hatch. ampharos will be a never ending process since i have not seen many mareeps where i live.
that leaves me to delibird and smeargle. first question is are they even in the game? second question is if they are in the game, how often have players seen them spawn?

Not avaible, like Ditto was in its time.
Delibird is obvious to Chritsmas time, and Smeargle some day.
Also, I suppose that Unown is a perfect target for an event.
PD: Hitmontop can happen. I got one the very first day, and another later. I think it's no more rare than the other two Hitmons. Good luck with Mareep eggs.
