Defensive movesets for Chansey and Blissey

Chansey and Blissey have exactly the same moveset possibilities. Yet, this site lists Zen Headbutt/Dazzling Gleam as the best defensive moveset for Blissey, and the worst defensive moveset for Chansey.
Can anyone explain this?

I saw this the other day and all I could think is that Chansey's ratings have not been changed since Blissey joined us...but I could be wrong.

Yeah, how on Earth is that Psychic is better than Dazzling Gleam now!

Most likely never updated...Daz Gleam use to be 3 or 4 bars forget and did VERY little damage...Psychic used to be 2 bars and did good damage...
