Defense pokemon

Its a personal question, but this is what i do with my top elite defensive monsters:

I have a 100iv venosaur that I used to max out but after the changes he's not worth it

Exeggutor definitely. Venosaur is like weaker version of eggie with lower max cp. Most player use fire pokemon to attack thus eggie with 2 psychic moveset are preferable.
