Decreased raids or times of them?

After work at 7pm I make a loop of 22 gyms. Usually there are between 4 to 8 raids I can still take part of. Tonight there were none. Just bad luck? Or decreased number of raids or ending earlier?

Must have been bad luck cuz I actually saw 2 raids ending at 8:45 pm tonight and they usually are done by 7:30 here(Tennessee).

i thought raid frequency dropped off Friday. Seemed to be never ending level 4s for first 2 weeks and then very few Friday and Saturday. Maybe not real but several of us commented on the slow raids.

Its really random, yesterday there where 6 Tyrannitar raids (2 on the same time), never seen more than 2 on a day if lucky.
