Any time I’ve had an issue with a raid and contacted Niantic Support they’ve reimbursed my raid pass. Why do you think posting on this forum is going to solve anything? Gamepress isn’t affiliated with Niantic at all, this is a place for players to ask questions and get information about the game, not to cry about known glitches.

As others have pointed out, none of your posts here will actually reach Niantic. If you want them to read your suggestions, you'd need to contact them directly. Though, given the content of your suggestions, the rep who receives them will likely just roll their eyes and hit delete. I've read your "Dear Niantic" posts, and I've gotta say, making silly demands is one of the worst ways to actually convince someone to change something. So, actually, yeah, don't contact Niantic. Their customer service reps have enough on their plates already, so they don't need their time wasted with your entitled whining.
