Db/hp gyarados

Do you see any value of 100% dragon breath and hydro pump gyarados? I never use him so waterfall attracts me. Make him viable again, but at the same time lose vary rare (but useless) legacy move. Currently I have no other gyarados and not really eager to put effort on new one.

C-TM to Outrage? F-TM to Waterfall? or leave it as it is.

I've just maxed mine out. Itching to FTM her but something is stopping me. I might just wait and make sure Waterfall is the undisputed best quick move on attack. I still have a couple more with DT to stick in gyms.

on a 100% id get Waterfall-Hydro pump for the Stab and since he never had a fas attack to benefit from a stab. On my other 98s imma keep bite crunch for dark attack dmg could come handy to battle against Mewtwo

I think you really should change DB to waterfall cuz waterfall is super effective!
