DB/ DC in PvP

I bet someday Player vs Player battles will be implemented, that’s the fun side of any Pokemon game, also I bet Dragon Breath and Dragon Claw combo will rock in those battles, so who is the best user of that ms? It would worth spending resources on Latios?

Latios is the only choice I have with that moveset but I love it. He's so fast at wiping out low motivation gyms and fun to watch too. Definitely been powering mine up

Being able to dodge so well makes him extremely potion efficient. Love that moveset.
