Yes, it happen to me too. Almost everything that I tried to catch today always jumping and doing offensive move, more often than regular time. It is hard to throw when the pokemon always jumping and doing offensive move, a lot of balls wasted today. I just wondering why groudon is almost completely still when I want to catch it, while regular mon is jumping and doing offensive move all the times, I hope groudon does offensive move more often so I can catch it faster because I only throw ball at groudon when he does offensive move. Niantic have to fix the jumping and offensive move rate of all the pokemon . We have a lot of new pokemons but it is very stressful when they are hard too catch and low on balls.
