It would be my first 100% IV Pokémon if caught, should have used Ultra Ball + Golden Razz Berry. Was watching news about a failed election today, didn't pay attention catching it lol.

How do you know it was 100 IV?

I thought it was only possible to calculate IVs using CP, HP and appraisal.
