How do you get the daily incubator from the christmas event?? I've spun a lot of pokestops today and haven't gotten any.
I think you have lost your chance until tomorrow, the announcement said you would get it on the first spin of the day after the event is active.
I waited the hole day and got the incubator at 6.30pm but a lot of people is on the same position as you, probably they will fix it somehow because it was not clear at what time the event started, they just said 25th morning.
I read about this too, but I decided that spinning 50 pokestops was more important than one single-use incubator so I didn't wait.
However I do hope that they will be more reasonable with future events rather than deliberately make people not to play in order to achieve something, I think they just didn't quite think it through.
It's added to your first spin of the day bonus, as you can see the incubator is highlighted in yellow like the other bonus items, so if you already got your daily bonus before the event started, you missed out unfortunately.
Hopefully they just give everyone a 1 use incubator though. Doesn't cost them anything and would make everyone happier.
