Is it really worth trying to roll DP using a TM at the risk of getting HS??

How much (percentage wise) is CC worse than DP on offence (specifically against Raid bosses)

For some reason I can't catch a raid boss with DP, they all seem to have CC!!

Just got a 98.7% one with BP\CC

Yes imo. Be sure to have a second TM in reserve, else you could be stuck at HS.

Cycle Damage is 10% lower, i beleave to remember.

yes, this 10% matches with what I know. And on top of that you will sometimes fire one extra DP during last unfinished cycle, increasing the difference.
And keep in mid for Tyra that 10% is huge in absolute values, since it is double effective.

I don't think it is worth it, but it really depends on how many charge TM's you have. If you have an abundance of them and no good target, go ahead and use it. If not, I wouldn't. This is coming from someone with a 100% IV Machamp with C/CC who already TM'ed it from double steel. I don't want to risk wasting TM's at the moment.

I have had 1 Fast TM in 14 raids including 5 solo Machamps

I'm in the same boat with DP, but as long as there are Machamp raids, the only guys getting a TM will be Heavy Slammers. Patience, my friend, patience!

Agree. If I had multiple charge TM's (which I don't) I would use them on multiple Heavy Slam Machamps caught from raids, instead of risking them trying to make a good move optimal. Machamps are great for Tyranitar raids but since you can't solo those, I'm not sure it makes much sense to risk so much on optimizing them.

DP and CLC are very close. Don't forget that his DP Machamp is 100% IV too.
Also, the reason the CLC Machamp had less HP left in the Snorlax battle was because he took an extra Body Slam.

I agree with this in the old gym format where you had to run through multiple Snorlax and CC was easier to dodge. With raids now I believe the difference from DP/CC is significant you can fire multiple DP even before raid does 1 charge move where CC bar takes significantly longer to fill and most likely you will die before firing it 1 last time. (Anyone can sweep a 6 person gym now). I'm not saying it's worth a TM because you probably have other projects with much much worse moves but to say DP is not significantly better than CC I believe is in accurate. Just my 2 cents though
