During de community day, I was lucky enough to caught a 98% shiny dratini (15A,15D,14HP)
Im already power up it to max, but it has Draco Meteor.
May I charge tm him to outrage?

Get another 98 Dratini, you will.
Get another Draco Meteor Shiny Dragonite, you will not.

I agree with bioweapon. You can always catch another high IV dratini, evolve it and TM to Outrage as needed, but you'll never again be able to obtain one with Draco Meteor. Keep it as is, and bask in the glory that is your legacy shiny Dragonite!

Well, do just whatever you want. I would rather have an Outrage maxed out than a Draco Meteor.
