Crunch Glitch?

Is this happening to anyboday else it seams that every time I or the youtubers I watch evolve a pokemon that can learn crunch that is what it gets. Same for you?

No, I got Crunch on my first 3 Granbull, butnever got it no Gyarados. Got Crunch 3 or 4 times out of 9-10 Houndoom.
I'd appreciate Crunch on my forst Tyranitar :D

Yeah for me 1/1 gyarados, 1/2 arcanine(since gen 2) 3/6 Granbull 2/2 steelix and the youtubers I watch Especially mystic got it on 7/7 Feraligator and of course from what i have read on this site same for tyranitar but for him its good.

I recently evolved a Gdos, a Granbull, a Steelix, and an Arcanine. Didn't get Crunch on either.
