Crappy IV but powered max Pokemon?
Sometimes, things are just not going your way...
What is the Pokemon of crappy IV (say < 60%) that you still maxed it out (say at least over level 30)?
P.s.: no offense here... I don't mean IV is everything, but max out crappy IV usually for some reasons rather than wait and see any good catch or hatch.

I don't see anything wrong with it.Its my top defender. It broke 2900, sure don't wanna wait months again. Chances are if I got a better one it would be from an egg around 80%. Not that big of a difference at all.
Using the calculator I think the cp difference from mine and a perfect one was less than 150, and I'm definitely not gonna get a perfect one. So I just told myself "why would I wait for 100cp?"
A 57% Arcanine that was lvl 29 when I caught it, and I powered it up to lvl 31. Growlithes aren't very common around here, so I figured it was the best Arcanine I'm likely to get for a while.
A 51% Kabutops that I powered up from lvl 28 to level 30.5, mainly because I wanted to get its CP over 2000, and I didn't know when I'd get another one after my short-lived local Kabuto nest went away.
A 53% Golem that I powered up to lvl 31 from around lvl 27. It took me a long time to accumulate enough Geodude candies to evolve him, and I like Golem, so I powered him up.
A 60% level 18ish Dragonite I caught in the wild. It has DB/DC and 15 ATK IV. I've powered him up to level 30 using almost exclusively buddy candies; Dratini is super rare where I live (I average catching one every two months), so I know I will probably never have a chance to evolve a second Dragonite.
