Cp changes and updated data

When will everything such as dps list and gym attacker and defender tier list be updated for the new cp changes or has it already? Seems flareon may be the better dps now rather than arcanine (maybe others as well)

They are probably enjoying thanksgiving. Hopefully they give an ETA on a tier list though. Days? Weeks? Hours:)?

Updated spreadsheets are already out there. They just need to figure out how they evaluate the effect of the current meta into those sheets. Not as much have changed as you might think though:

Even though Rhydon has incredibly high CP, its double weakness to Water and with that double weakness to slightly buffed Vaporeon doesn't make it a top defender, not by a mile. However, if you're only looking for a higher spot on gym then sure it will be alright. Similar to Arcanine before the update.

Alakazam still not a tier 1 attacker because of the low effective health. Has a very high DPS though.

Gyarados will be a very strong attacker against multiple types, but still not the best against any specific Pokémon.

Chansey will be a great attacker and by far the best prestiger overall.

Snorlax will still likely be the best defender, but now has a soft counter, Rhydon. The match-up is similar to Arcanine vs Lapras. Snorlax will receive neutral damage from Rhydon, but Snorlax will only deal 0.8x damage against it.

I enjoy the mid tier pokes. I don't care much about the changes to the top. There are some odd balls now that may be worth using as attackers and I have quite a bit of dust I was saving for gen 2 that I may spend now. That's why I want to see gamepress tier list. I don't care for the dps spreadsheets.

Also quite a few of my defenders were nerfed so having an informed opinion on what to replace them with would be nice.

Sure, but even the tier list by GamePress are based on those very spreadsheets. Just with a touch of meta analysis and other minor aspects taken into account, so I am just saying that you are likely not going to see any massive changes.
