Does anyone have a counter chart that shows the pokemon to use against others with moves. thanks

Vaporeon: to counter him, use either venusaur, victreebel, vileplume, or exeggutor. If they have solar beam, the are great against vaporeon. A grass quick move is useful to, but isn't essential.
Lapras: if you dodge well with them, arcanine and flareon can do relatively well. They resist lapras's ice moves, but sadly don't do super effective damage to her. For flareon, any moveset is great. For arcanine, as long as you don't have bulldoze, you are set. Fire fang does a bit more damage than bite, but bite still does high damage and it's short duration allows for slightly easier dodging. Flamethrower and fire blast are both excellent moves. (If you have an omastar with rock throw and rock slide, that is the true best Lapras counter)
Exeggutor: he has a double weakness to bug, and with pinsir's buff, he's quite useful against exeggutor. Fury cutter+X-scissor is his best moveset. Fury cutter is fast, so you can dodge really easily with it. It does relatively low DPS, but that doesn't matter because X-Scissor can be used very often, and it is quick enough to fit between either of exeggutors quick moves and dodge the next attack successfully.
Snorlax: With Rhydon's buff, he's great against snorlax. Any moveset is great, but mud slap+stone edge or earthquake is your best bet. You could also just use your strongest Pokemon, as snorlax takes a long time to kill.
Gyrados: gyrados's quick move options for defense are quite bad. he has a double weakness to electric so jolteon is really strong against him. If you have thunder or thunderbolt on a strong jolteon, he would crush gyrados.
Dragonite: he has a double weakness to ice. Lapras and cloyster are amazing against him. For Lapras, you can't go wrong with any moveset but blizzard is the most optimal charge move. For cloyster, blizzard is essential to beat him. If you are a dodging master, dewgong and jynx also do relatively well. Blizzard is essential to dewgong, and for jynx, pound or frost breath+ice punch is what you want. If the dragonite doesn't have steel wing, you can use wigglytuff or clefable against it. For wigglytuff, pound+hyper beam or play rough is what you are looking for. For clefable, it's pound+moon blast.
