Community day event should you camp lures?

I only really participated in the Dratini Community Day and my experience is go where the pokestops are. I started at the biggest park in our city (quite a few stops but they’re very spread out). We left to go to the biggest cemetary in the city (lots of stops close together) and of course all stops were lured and required much less walking for more Dratini.
I guess really any place you can go in a loop with lots of pokestops.

I was going to ask a similar question. Debating between staying downtown (15-20 stops/gyms) the whole three hours or driving around to different places around town with heavy spawns but no stops. Planning on spending the majority of the 3 hours downtown either way. This is my first community day in a sense.
