Obviously, they should just put a max on how many coins an individual mon can earn at a time, and send them home when they've reached that amount. No daily cap.

Cash grab.

In my view, that that would be a change for the worse. The spoofers seem to be largely gone, probably because of the 50 coin per day cap and the way that cap was implemented. The spoofers are probably still out there, but I think they gain little in the way of coins now by having pokemons in more than four or five gyms at a time. Though the legitimate players are now limited to 50 coins per day, the playing field is level among them and gives no room to gripe. Dropping from 100 to 50 coins per day is a small price to pay for getting rid of a lot of the spoofers. Users of this site have been griping for a long time about Niantic doing nothing about the spoofers - now it did. I am happy with it. Also, the new gym system is great because it eliminates the Blissey towers and bubblestrat and seems to introduce more variety into gym battles. Many people using this site suggested a single species rule. We got it. I love it.

I was trying to stay with you, but you finally lost me at "the new gym system is great ".

Single species rule.
Crack down on spoofers.
Maybe the new gym system is not "great" but it is better than the prior system, in my view. What say you - better or not better?

The single species rule is good, but they could have done this in the old system, too.
I don't think the new coin system is targeted against spoofers, they are just trying to earn more money...
