I hoped for a double-ice-jynx, but i am not successfull yet. Now i noticed, that the pure psychic-moveset - Confusion Psyshock seems to be pretty good - on paper.
This jynx seems to be a glass cannon as alakazam, but with less power, and ice-typing.
Has it proved usefull for anyone?
Hi, I found a nest of Jinx "near" my house... i'm going to check out today but it's a nest because I found 2 yesterday and there was 2 today. That's a RARE pokemon no way it's no nest...my sister caught one like 6 months ago and mine escaped...
I got yesterrday Confusion and Avalanche 1800!+ CP IV decent.. like 09 14 07 =/ low attack but I should test it.
I ran through the type guide trying to hit on something. I got nothing. He only resists Ice/Psychic. So no special double resistances which he would really need considering how fragile he is. And with that not in his favor and so many others with more balanced and strong base stats wielding Psychic moves it's tough for me to find a mon to try him against.
Jynx is good as double ice if you can't get a double ice Lapras.

Jynx is good as a double psychic only if you desparately can't find a good epseon, executor or alakazam. Psychic types primarily serve to knock out fighting types also, which you rarely see in gyms. So in general, no it is not worth much. I would spend your dust elsewhere until you find a better psychic type.

On EQ probably even better than HS.
The dodge bug makes Jynx very hard to use IMO...
Dragonite hits very hard to begin with and I have a wild caught level 29 or 30 (forget) very high IV (95%?+) Confusion/Avalanche Jinx and it's hard to win if the Dragonite has Outrage or Dragontail...
Once they use their charge move, I'd get dodge bugged...I will have to try again maybe, but it was not great (of course, I have 3 Lapras so maybe my experience is jaded since not getting dodge bugged, 1 Lapras can clear near 2.5 Nites).
