Clarification on Lucky Trades

Hello trainers,

I have some questions regarding Lucky Trades.

My GF does have some Pokemons from Jul and Aug 2016 left and only 3 Lucky Pokemon.

My questions:

If she trades one of them with me in exchange of a 2018 Pokemon, will we get a lucky trade even if I have more then 10 already?

Does anything influence the outcome of the IV roll of a lucky Pokemon? For example, does it matter if I give her a 90%+ or 50% IV if we are looking for 100% IV lucky mons?
