Depends on your purpose of this Pokemon. In general I would go for the first one as the other ones would be more useless if you don't have enough candy to power them up and a 1500 CP charizard is not that impressive.

They're all fairly similar. I would either do #1 or #2.

The pros of #1 - currently a higher level (so it'll take less candy to get it to lvl 30), higher HP stat (HP is Charizard's lowest base stat, so having extra helps, especially when attacking).

The pros of #2 - marginally higher IVs, much higher ATK (which will give it higher CP, which will be useful if you want to put it in gyms), it's not that hard to get more Charmander candy via the buddy system (which will help make up for the level difference compared to #1).

Given how similar they are, what will really make the most difference will be Charizard's moveset, but of course you have no way of controlling that...

Definately #1!

It is 4% compared to #2 and I guess that is like <100 max. CP difference and it has less attack. If you evolve #1 you will save stardust and have a higher CP pokemon instantly. The difference in ATT values can almost be neglected since Charizard has a base value of 212 and 218 compared to 227 is no big difference.

Number 2 FOR SURE!!!

Charizard is not a pokemon that can defend gyms.
Fire types are weak...

Then you will use charizard to attack only.
By attacking you don't need to invest stardust.
With a CP 1180 dewgong I kill 2 dragonites CP 2800 and 3170.
Same thing with any pokemon in fact.
As an attacker you choose your opponent.

Then what you should think about is on the long term.
Once you will feel to invest stardust in your charizard, you will be hapier with one with good and balanced IVs.

What you need now is a good moveset.
Flamethrower is very nice, quicker than fireblast, it can make you escape from tricky situations sometimes, whereas with fireblast you can't do nothing for a large amount of time.
