Charizard's defensive optimal moveset changed?

Anybody attacking a charizard will choose a water pokemon, vaporeon for example, which are hugely popular.
Wing attack will do normal dmg against water, unlike fire type ember.
Generally having moves different type than the pokemon type is good for defender, bad for attacker

its a matter of cool down since the damage differences between two moves are too slightly, in the end u will perform more wing attack in battle
