I was thinking that. As well it'll be lots of dust investment. My shiny one is is around 30%

Blast burn crushes Fire Blast. It's somewhat better than Overheat. And if you have a 97% with BB, that's a no-brainer. Power it up and enjoy the fire equivalent of Outrage.
