Charizard

Just evolved my third total Charizard after collecting some candy during the event and got firespin/overheat! I already have two flareon standing at 2550 CP lvl 31,5. How does Charizard compare? Is it worth powering?

Slower, less tanky but yes, power up if you want. It would help knowing level, IVs, and your Flareon's movesets :)

Charizard is lvl 20 93% IV with FS/OH.
Flareon No. 1 is at lvl 31,5, 89% IV FS/OH.
Flareon No. 2 lvl 31,5 87% IV FS/OH.
