That moveset is good for defence?!

Wait until gen6 comes out (and therefore mega evolutions will be introduced). This will be the optimal moveset for Mega Charizard X, as a fire/dragon type it will receive STAB from both attacks

It’s a perfect IV mon, it is very, very unlikely you are going to get another one any time soon so power it up. Asides from the move ratings you should also see if you like using this move set. I have a few mons who don’t have the optimum move set but I do like using them anyways. It is also inevitable that some sort of move changing function will be added to the game so when it does happen you have a high CP perfect IV Charizard ready for whatever new moves become available. Also PvP is on the way which may have different ideal move sets than the current listings. This move set could be better for that than just against AI defenders.

After gym rework you may use it in gyms.
