Got any higher IV Charmanders or Charmeleons?(preferably 90+)
Evolve those first, if none of those turn out good, go for this one.

Power it up! You got the best attacking moveset and solid IV. No guarantee you will get that moveset again in the next one, so might as well enjoy it now.

Unless you are wanting a defensive moveset, go ahead and power it up.

Meh. Up to you.

It's the best moveset and IV is just fine, but overall Charizard isn't that great of a mon. I'd just save the dust to use for more versatile mons.

To put it in perspective, I have 8 Charizards:

  • 6 have Ember / Flamethrower
  • 2 have Ember / Dragon Claw

You may try to evolve a better one, but no guarantee you'll get the same moveset. Especially if you plan to use it as an attacker, then 80 IV is excellent.

Best moveset
Most iconic Pokemon rivaled only by Pikachu
Great IVs
Power it up!

I started with a 93 WA/FT, then a 96 E/FB, just yesterday got a 82 with WA/FB. The 82 has been maxed out, has a 15 attack. Seems like most of my good move set Pokémon have IVs between 80-84 and I have no problem taking down/ sitting towards the top of gyms. 80 is my limit for evolving/powering up. I was a B student and turned out alright so I trust a B Pokémon.

My first Charizard 91% got WA+FT and power it up to the full max

Thanks to the event I could evolve a second one and got 93% WA+FB

Yesterday i found myself a 100% IV charmander. It would be a crime not to try to evolve him, but also the other one to not power it up. When the event end, and charmander candy get very rare....

Same in Your case, If You got a hight IV charmander, and a lot of candy during the event, try. If it is a bad moveset; go for the 80. If You cant not collect enough candy when the event end, power the 80 up. But if You got a higher IV, and can get enough candy why not try again

I have been so wanting to evolve a WA/FB Charizard, but keep evolving ember/dragon claw, or some such. I think you are lucky to have what you have.
