Got 1 Charged TM since raids have been introduced. Used it on a 91% IV Dragonite that had DT/HB. What are the chances? I got outrage on the only try. 15/13/13 I finally got myself a good Dragonite. Sorry not a question, just sharing my good fortune.

Pretty much... 50/50... Hurricane or Outrage. So always get something better than HyperBeam using Charge tM on a Dragonite.

I did the same thing and got Hurricane. I already had Outage so I like the balance in having both movesets.

I would like to have the balance to. Don't have much luck with Dragonites so i will take this one right now. I have a bunch of wild Dragonites but don't want to waste Candies on leveling them up....Poor and i mean POOR IVs.
