Charged TM question

I have only managed to amass one TM so far - a charged one. I am not going to waste it right away in case I get a better use for it then I have currently, but was wondering which of the following you guys would choose to use it on, if you had to?

Machamp KC/CrC - hoping for ClC or DP
Alakazam PC/DG - hoping for FS (or FB?)
Alakazam C/FB - FS
Dragonite DB/HB - O (already got DT/H)
Exeggutor C/SeB (already got another for defence) - SoB
Blissey ZH/P - DG
Golem RT/E - SE
Scizor FC/IH (I have two of them and no other movesets) - XS
