Espeon C/PB 93% IV
Jinx C/DK 93% IV
Ryhorn MS/MH 87% IV

Espeon.

Blastoise is sub-par
Rhyhorn will have another evolution, albeit in a year or two (can't justify wasting a TM for something that will just be re-rolled)
And Jinx... just not into it
